Cottage Two
This cottage is entered from the porch into a comfortable and well furnished lounge with all leather settee and chairs. There is easy access to the kitchen, hall, groundfloor w.c. cloakroom and double bedroom with ensuite wetroom all on one level. The ground floor bedroom has a shaver socket which is sited low for wheelchair users. It also has a built in wardrobe with low level rail and good access around the bed.
The wetroom includes, toilet riser sea, shower stool and toilet frame if needed. Grab handles are in place beside the washbasin and toilet.
This room features a hideaway double bed which is easy to operate allowing extra space for dining .
Access to the patio area is via double doors from the hall down one step. There is a portable ramp for wheelchair use if needed.
The staircase is not steep and has handrails. Access to the master bedroom is from the landing at the top of the stairs, 2 steps onto a further landing, passing the house bathroom. Up 2 more steps into the bedroom which features double four poster bed and ensuite shower room. Access to two further bedrooms from the landing at the top of the stairs, up 3 more steps onto the landing. One bedroom has bunkbeds and the other has a double bed.

Booking Conditions

Both cottages are strictly non smoking and have TV, DVD radio and cd player, board games etc.
Dogs are accepted at an extra charge.
Booking: Deposits are charged at one third of the cost of the particular week that you want to book.
Cancellations: There will be a charge for administration of £10 if you cancel your holiday 8 weeks before.
If you cancel at short notice eg: one week before you may loose all that you have paid. If I can let the week I will send you your money back less the administration fee. Mrs J Geraghty Jan 2008

From the South.
M1 to junction 32 then M18. Join the M62 and follow the signs for Bridlington. On entering Bridlington follow the signs for Flamborough on the B1255. On entering flamborough follow the road. The church is on your right go round the bend onto Tower Street. Approx 500 yards turn rightinto Dog and Duck Square (opposite the Seabirds pub and restaurant).

From the North.
A1M or A19 to York then A166 to Driffield then A614 to Bridlington then follow directions as above.
