This cottage sleeps upto 5 people in two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other has twin beds + guest bed. The lounge is comfortably furnished in leather and has HD tv with freeview + dvd, cd/radio. The flooring is wood laminate. Kitchen is very well equipped with integrated appliances, fridge{small 3* icebox}, washer/ dryer, dishwasher + built in oven/grill with halogen hob. Flooring is laminate slate tiles. Bathroom is fully tiled + has separate shower cubicle aswell as a bath, there is also a ground floor w.c. The walled patio garden is shared with cottage 2. Booking Conditions
Both cottages are strictly non smoking and have TV, DVD radio and cd player, board games etc.
Dogs are accepted at an extra charge.
Booking: Deposits are charged at one third of the cost of the particular week that you want to book.
Cancellations: There will be a charge for administration of £10 if you cancel your holiday 8 weeks before.
If you cancel at short notice eg: one week before you may loose all that you have paid. If I can let the week I will send you your money back less the administration fee.
