 This cottage sleeps upto 8 people in 4 bedrooms. One double on ground floor with en-suite wet room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one has bunkbeds, one has kingsize bed and the master bedroom features a four poster bed with en- suite shower room. House bathroom. Lounge is tastefully furnished in leather and has HDTV with freeview, dvd, cd/radio. Flooring is wood laminate throughout the ground floor. Kitchen is well equipped with built in double oven/ grill, integrated dishwasher, washer/ dryer + fridge { small 3* icebox}.
Ground floor W.C. . This cottage has level 2 mobility award, we supply a toilet frame, shower stool + toilet riser seat if needed please ask when booking. Booking Conditions
Both cottages are strictly non smoking and have TV, DVD radio and cd player, board games etc.
Dogs are accepted at an extra charge.
Booking: Deposits are charged at one third of the cost of the particular week that you want to book.
Cancellations: There will be a charge for administration of £10 if you cancel your holiday 8 weeks before.
If you cancel at short notice eg: one week before you may loose all that you have paid. If I can let the week I will send you your money back less the administration fee.
