This luxury cottage sleeps upto eight people in four bedrooms. One double on the ground floor with en-suite, three further bedrooms upstairs, one double, one has bunkbeds and the master bedroom features a double fourposter bed with en-suite. Lounge is tastefully furnished in leather and has HD freeview TV. Kitchen is modern and very well equipped.

Booking Conditions
Both cottages are strictly non smoking and have TV, DVD radio and cd player, board games etc.
Dogs are accepted at an extra charge.
Booking: Deposits are charged at one third of the cost of the particular week that you want to book.
Cancellations: There will be a charge for administration of £10 if you cancel your holiday 8 weeks before.
If you cancel at short notice eg: one week before you may loose all that you have paid. If I can let the week I will send you your money back less the administration fee.
